Client: All Points Broadband
Challenge: Connecting with rural Virginians and showing how they could meet their internet needs.
Results: +120K Views, New Customers, and the most engaged campaign to date.
All Points Broadband approached us with a challenge. They needed a way to engage with rural Virginians and show them how their broadband internet services could provide them with reliable internet as opposed to satellite internet providers.
We implemented a strategy where we produced an impact campaign that told the real-life story of one of their customers who fit the exact demographic they were trying to reach. Out of several customers, we identified the right one to showcase. Using your storytelling framework, we crafted a story that would resonate with their target audience. Using the Reputation Engine, we then created a campaign’s worth of content that was posted across their social media, which involved a combination of mid-form and short-form video, plus photo content.
This engagement resulted in APB’s most successful campaign to date. They received over 120,000 views across their social media channels, increased brand awareness, and lots of new inquiries into their services.
Client: Virginia American Water
Challenge: Showcasing their impact and earning the trust of other municipalities.
Results: Most engaged campaign to date and sealed the deal with the town of Cape Charles, VA.
Virginia American Water, the largest water company in Virginia, had successfully acquired the water utility system of Waverly, VA and made significant improvements to the town’s water utility infrastructure. They were actively bidding on the water utility rights to the town of Cape Charles, VA.
VAW needed to showcase its expertise, demonstrate its impact on the communities in which it operates, and earn the trust of other municipalities in which it was actively bidding.
We worked with VAW to create a specific campaign, which told the story of their successful acquisition of Waverly’s water system and the positive impacts VAW made not only for their drinking and wastewater but also on the community as a whole. Using our storytelling framework and the Reputation Engine, we created lots of content and successfully assisted in distributing their content online.
Our work resulted in this being VAW's most-watched campaign online, and our work helped VAW to win the bid to acquire the drinking and wastewater utilities of Cape Charles, VA.
The Filmspire team are amazing strategists. Virginia American Water needed content that spoke to the many benefits of partnering with us. The strategy and content provided to us captured our commitment to making critical investments in our infrastructure and to delivering high-quality and reliable drinking water and wastewater services. But beyond that, Filmspire was critical to helping us win a major bid for purchasing the water utility system for the town of Cape Charles, VA.
