Founder & Strategist

Taylor Quinn

Taylor Quinn has spent his entire career in marketing and strategic communications. Taylor has always had a knack for carving his own path and founded Filsmpire in Richmond, VA, in 2016 at the age of 26. With a background in SEO strategies, storytelling, and content creation, Taylor had a vision of bringing these worlds together to better serve brands.

In the past 10 years, Taylor has grown Filmspire from a one-man band to a team of creatives who have won 4 Telly Awards and whose work has been viewed by millions and seen internationally.

Taylor also launched Filsmpire’s podcast division, Richmond Podcast Studio, in January of 2025. RPS has rapidly been growing, and many of Filsmpire’s clients also benefit from RPS’s services.

Taylor is also the co-host of the Richmond Leadership Lab podcast, where he and his co-host, Christian Mosier of BenX Consulting, interview Richmond's top for-profit and non-profit leaders.

He is also a board member of Belltower Pictures, a non-profit film production studio. Belltower has been awarded two separate Emmys for its films, HEARD and Anahita: A Mother’s Journey.

Outside of work, Taylor fully enjoys his role as a husband, father, and active member of his church.
